And Then There Was One

Friends are only friends when they want to be.

Literally and personally I've had the wonderful learning experiences (a couple times) of finding out a friend isn't exactly what they seem no matter how long you have known them.

One of the first things I tell clients is that when you start raising your energy and vibrations people will start dropping like flies. No one usually believes me until it starts happening on their own journey and they are experiencing that agonizing self-guilt that comes along with creating a better version of yourself.

Watching other people continue in their negative experiences, making bad choices, and refusing to "walk the talk" or sometimes even entertain the idea that there could be another choice, another way, another HAPPIER option, is truly heartbreaking. But forget it. No one knows what you are going through and no one gets it. I don't know what I'm talking about right?

Or do I?

Try it for one week. Try the short version of my coaching method for one week and simply see how you feel.

1) Turn every negative comment/thought into a positive comment/thought.

2) Every day write down what you are grateful for, either in the morning or the evening.

3) Meditate and practice grounding.

4) Have goals and make action plans that help keep you accountable for achieving those goals one step at a time.

5) Surround yourself with better people and energy.

6) Live love.

Among many other tools and methods, support and options, choices.

Sometimes it takes a bit to figure out what works best for you and that should never be a problem. Don't ever get discouraged. There's always another choice right?

And when you finally put faith in me after many other seemingly "failures" and do all these things consistently and realize how much I can help you achieve a better version of yourself you will see, you will be in the process of waking up to the reality to which is YOUR LIFE. GOODBYE dark night of the soul and HELLO NEW BETTER VERSION OF YOU.

But people will go. Relationships with people who don't support your new vision and choices will take a hit. Those people will be wondering what is going on and you will have to make a choice. You can either stay in this negative current experience and energy with people you care about and or love or choose to break the mold and move forward to a happier you; a more positive, healthy, confident, intelligent, independent you who has healthy boundaries and is LIVING and LOVING their life not by just existing to pay bills to have unnecessary materialistic items and be miserable surrounded by people the exact same way.

This can happen. YOU CAN BECOME WHO YOU HAVE ALWAYS WISHED YOU WERE AND HAVE ALL THE THINGS IN LIFE YOU WANT, without being a selfish prick who solely cares about themselves and furthering their person in order to gain so called "power" and "financial wealth" which is really a sad, poor, miserable, pathetic life. Money doesn't buy happiness. Make money for the right reasons. LOVE YOUR JOB. Sure you might have to work some not so amazing jobs along the way but a lot of insight and experience could be learned, information that will be beneficial to your future and the life you are working so hard towards so fuck it ya know? Not everything can be sunshine and rainbows all the time. What really matters though, in the end, is your reaction to the situation and how you handle it all.

Don't let others get in the way though. It's OK to be JUST YOU. It's OK to HANG OUT WITH YOURSELF and LOVE YOURSELF. It's OK to make the choice to put yourself first with healthy boundaries in order to save your emotional health and grow as a person. Don't ever let anyone tell you different either.

Loving yourself first and foremost should really be the first priority anyways. And this is where that whole "friends drop like flies" bullshit comes in.

You can get through it though. With the right choices and support system you can do anything.

Embrace new people and opportunities. Experience what is going on around you. Assess if your current life is taking you in a positive direction that YOU WANT. And if it's not YOU CAN CHANGE WHAT ISN'T WORKING.

Surround yourself with people that support the new you. That want to be a part of the better version of yourself that you're choosing to be. Allow those good people in but make sure to keep the toxic out.

It's really fucking hard sometimes and trust me, it can really hurt your heart, but it's fucking necessary if you want to be the better, healthier, more amazing version of yourself and reach your potential; live your FUCKING BLISSFUL EXISTENCE.

Misery loves company.

So they chose to make a different choice and take a new path.

They chose to melt the mold that had been constructed so long ago.

Before thoughts of them even existed.

To forge an experience; unknown to all, wanted by many.

Love.

Then there was one.
